Returns

Returns policy:

Whilst we are confident you will love your purchases from Sigma Lance, we have a 100% money back guarantee on returned items if the items are found to be faulty or unwanted. A refund will be given once the item has been returned. All items must be returned in an unopened and unused condition or a restocking fee may be charged. Return shipping costs are not included and are paid for by the customer. All returns must be authorised by Sigma Lance prior to sending the item back to avoid any delay to refunds.

Returns should be made within 30 days of delivery. Return postage costs are not covered. 

Refunds to debit or credit cards will usually take 3-5 working days to reach your account. 

Refunds to Paypal will usually take 1-2 working days to reach your account.
